This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, enjoys managing litigation deadlines, and takes pride in helping move cases toward resolution through strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys through the litigation process while helping clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys in litigating personal injury cases
- Draft pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other case-related documents
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates throughout litigation
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and litigation scheduling
- Coordinate with opposing counsel, medical providers, experts, and lien holders as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized case files within our case management system
- Assist with trial preparation and exhibit organization as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation experience required
- Personal injury experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience managing a high-volume litigation caseload
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively
- Experience with the Filevine case management system is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000 - $80,000 annual salary, based on experience
