Work You Will Do:

The Full Stack Developer contributes to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications across the full stack, working primarily within the .NET ecosystem. Operating under the guidance of senior team members, this role suits someone early in their career who is eager to grow their technical skills in a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET

• Build and enhance frontend interfaces

• Write clean, readable, and testable code with appropriate unit and integration test coverage

• Contribute across the full SDLC, from requirements and design through to deployment and support

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to translate requirements into solutions

• Investigate and resolve bugs and defects across the stack

• Maintain technical documentation to reflect implemented solutions

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of working knowledge of C#.NET

• Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server) and basic query writing

• Understanding of RESTful API design principles

• Exposure to version control using Git

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

• Exposure to cloud platforms, particularly Azure

• Curious and self-motivated with a genuine interest in learning

• Comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance when needed

• Collaborative with clear, open communication

• Takes ownership of tasks and follows through to completion

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
