About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer for our client with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and secure end-to-end applications. You will work closely with designers and product managers to develop seamless user interfaces, build robust APIs, manage databases efficiently, and optimize overall system performance.

Experience in a digital marketing agency is required.

What you’ll be doing:

• Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain both client-side and server-side applications using React.js and Node.js.

• API Integration: Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to bridge the gap between front-end and back-end systems.

• UI/UX Implementation: Translate design mockups into responsive, interactive, and high-performance front-end components.

• Database Management: Manage databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, ensuring data integrity, efficiency, and security.

• System Optimization: Optimize the entire application stack for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Security & Auth: Implement end-to-end authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth, JWT, or similar technologies.

• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both the front and back end, following industry best practices.

• Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve complex technical issues, UI bugs, and server-side performance bottlenecks.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices across the full development lifecycle.
  
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development using Node.js and React.js.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript (preferred).

• Experience with back-end frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or Koa.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies including React, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.

• Proficiency in database management tools such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Knowledge of API development, web security, and state management best practices.

• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines (preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
