Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Charge Bookkeeper who can also handle Payroll and basic HR tasks.

This is a long-term remote role with a U.S. company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close)
• Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance
• Support basic HR tasks (onboarding, offboarding, employee records)
• Handle invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments
• Maintain vendor records and manage payment schedules
• Prepare financial reports for management and CPA

Requirements:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Experience with payroll and basic HR functions
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information

Ideal Skills:

• Strong QuickBooks Online experience
• Payroll processing knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting
• Basic understanding of HR processes
• Good written and verbal communication
• Effective time management
