Full-Charge Bookkeeper

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We seek a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to help our growing business. If you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Bookkeeping, working full-time with multiple clients or a single client with “entrepreneurial disease” you may fit well with our client. You will work with about 10 clients in a variety of industries and provide start-to-finish bookkeeping work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter transactions from the bank feeds
• Entering & paying bills
• Entering invoices & customer payments
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Track & maintain workflow
• Reporting and analytics

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:

• QuickBooks Online: 2-3 years experience
• Excel and Office: highly proficient
• Proficient on PC
• Previous public accounting or bookkeeping experience with multiple clients
• Dedicated workspace to support focus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Residence in Arizona, Nebraska, Tennessee or Oregon
• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer

OFFERING:

• Compensation: $31.73-36.54/hr)
