Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and complete website setup projects.
- Ensure website builds are accurate and completed promptly (requires great attention to detail).
- Work autonomously by following written standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Make website edits, changes, and additions to websites as requested by the subscriber. Including content formatting, image replacement, and quality assurance.
- Provide management with feedback on the Fulfillment process's efficiency and suggest potential improvements.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- HTML and CSS preferred, but not required.
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail (take ownership and pride in your work)
