FTTx Telecom Project Manager

You bring to the team:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
• Bachelor's degree in technical field such as engineering, sciences, construction planning, or related area preferred. In lieu of bachelor’s degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on telecommunications or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex telecom projects from initiation to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including network infrastructure, i.e. FTTx, Long-Haul, B2B; wireless communications, and data services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
