For one of our clients we're looking for a Front Office Planner. As Planner, you will combine front office responsibilities with planning and administrative coordination within a care organization. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external parties, ensure accurate client administration and dependable staff scheduling, and play an essential role in maintaining clear communication, continuity of care, and smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- MBO level 3 or equivalent experience
- Strong administrative and planning skills
- Customer-oriented with clear communication skills
- Stress-resistant, accurate, and well-organized
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in healthcare or scheduling roles is a plus
What will you be doing
The role involves managing front office communication by handling incoming calls and emails, providing information about care services and procedures, and accurately registering client interactions and correspondence. In addition, it includes maintaining comprehensive client administration by creating and updating client files, processing care registrations and changes, responding to client inquiries regarding care hours and administrative matters, and preparing data for invoicing and external parties. The position also covers planning and scheduling responsibilities, such as creating and maintaining staff schedules, managing sick leave and staffing changes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines, and communicating schedules clearly with both staff and management.
