BiOptimizers is hiring an experienced Front-End Developer to provide temporary coverage for a key engineering role while our Front-End Lead is away for several months. This is a hands-on role focused on marketing-driven front-end development inside a custom PHP-based funnel builder platform, with additional ownership of task coordination, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

This role is a strong fit for a developer who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing technical implementation with project ownership in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with marketing, design, and engineering teams to ship features, fix bugs, optimize performance, and support ongoing experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain front-end features for the marketing team.

• Work within a custom PHP-based funnel builder platform.

• Develop responsive UI using HTML, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.

• Assign and manage front-end development tasks and priorities.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering teams.

• Handle bug fixes, QA support, and production updates.

• Improve website performance and page speed optimization.

• Maintain technical documentation and implementation notes.

• Support ongoing optimization and experimentation initiatives.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with:

-HTML

-JavaScript

-Tailwind CSS

-PHP-based front-end environments

• Experience working on marketing websites, funnels, or landing pages.

• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals and page speed performance.

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable taking ownership of front-end initiatives end-to-end.

Nice to Have

• Shopify development experience, including themes, Liquid, and storefront customization.

• Experience with A/B testing or CRO-focused development.

• Experience working with analytics and tracking integrations.

• Familiarity with Git workflows and agile ticket management systems.

Work Location

This is a fully remote position. BiOptimizers has a globally distributed team and supports flexible work arrangements across time zones.

Company Hours & Collaboration

With team members across many countries and time zone differences of up to 16 hours, we’ve established a standard collaboration window from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

This is not a required work schedule, but a shared time frame for meetings and team syncs. At BiOptimizers, we support flexibility — team members are encouraged to work the hours that best suit them, as long as they:
