We're currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing company transforming property management across Europe. As a Finance Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day financial operations behind a large customer base, helping ensure billing accuracy, supplier payments, and financial data quality.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with details, following structured processes, and taking pride in getting things right. You'll collaborate closely with customer-facing and finance teams, helping resolve financial inquiries and keeping internal records accurate and up to date.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing finance-related tickets escalated by customer support teams
Investigating and correcting billing discrepancies and invoicing issues
Verifying, updating, and maintaining financial information across internal systems
Supporting supplier payment processes by ensuring records are complete and accurate
Reviewing financial data and identifying inconsistencies
Working across multiple tools and platforms to ensure operational accuracy
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve finance-related requests efficiently
Following established procedures while maintaining high attention to detail
What Makes You A Great Fit
Excellent English language skills (C1 level or above)
Very good French language skills (B2 level or above)
Educational background in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous professional experience in finance, accounting, administration, or a similar operational role is beneficial, but not mandatory
You take pride in producing accurate work
You remain focused even when handling repetitive tasks
You value precision and consistency in your day-to-day work
You enjoy bringing order and clarity to processes
You are resourceful and proactive when investigating issues
