Are you a native US English speaker, enjoy talking to people, and feel confident communicating with business customers?

We are looking for motivated freelancers (m/f/d) to support an international B2B project focused on the qualification and activation of business leads.

This is a self-employed freelance position with full flexibility in scheduling.

Ideally, you are based in the USA. Alternatively, you are welcome to apply if you live in another time zone but can reliably work during US business hours.

Tasks

📞 Your Responsibilities

• Contacting interested B2B leads by phone
• Qualifying and activating business customers
• Answering questions and guiding leads through the onboarding process
• Conducting professional and empathetic conversations
• Documenting calls and results
• Following up with leads when needed

The leads have already shown interest through an online process – this is not traditional cold calling.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Native US English speaker
• Ideally based in the USA
• Alternatively, reliable availability during US business hours
• Excellent communication and conversational skills
• Friendly, professional, and empathetic approach
• Ideally, experience in B2B calling, sales, lead qualification, or customer service
• Confident with computers and digital tools
• Independent and reliable working style
• Ability to work as a self-employed freelancer
