We partner with employers across the United States who trust us to find the right people for roles that are difficult to fill. Our team handles business development and client relationships. We are now bringing on senior freelance recruiters to own the full-cycle sourcing and placement process on a commission basis.

The Opportunity

This is not an entry-level role and it is not a role for someone looking for a base salary with recruitment bolted on. This is a pure commission position structured for experienced recruiters who know how to work independently, move quickly, and close placements without hand-holding.

You will be given access to live job orders with confirmed client fees. You source, screen, and place. You earn a strong commission on every placement you close. There is no cap on earnings and no territory restriction.

What You Will Work On

Our current and ongoing job orders span the following areas, and we continue to add new clients regularly:

Information technology including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data roles
HVAC, plumbing, and skilled trades
Civil and commercial construction project management and estimating
Engineering including geotechnical, structural, land surveying, and quality control
Manufacturing, industrial operations, and supply chain
Restoration and facilities management

You can choose to work across multiple verticals or go deep in one area where you have an existing network. Both approaches work.

What You Will Be Doing

You will receive detailed job orders from our team and take full ownership of the sourcing and placement process. This includes reviewing requirements and identifying the right candidate profile, sourcing through your preferred tools and networks, conducting thorough phone screens to qualify candidates on skills, compensation expectations, location, and availability, managing candidate communication through the interview process, and coordinating with our internal team on offer and close. We handle all client-facing communication, offer negotiation, and fee collection. Your focus is entirely on the candidate side.

Who This Is For

You have at least three to five years of recruitment experience, with a track record of closed placements in the US market. You have worked either agency-side or as an independent recruiter and you understand what it takes to fill a role from a cold start. You are comfortable working without a manager directing your day. You know how to prioritize a req list, manage candidate pipelines, and push a placement across the finish line. You have access to sourcing tools and know how to use them effectively. You are not looking to learn recruitment. You are looking for a platform with live job orders, a reliable back office, and strong commission on every placement.

Requirements

A minimum of three years of full-cycle recruitment experience placing candidates with US employers is required. Demonstrated placements in at least one of our active verticals is strongly preferred. Active access to LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, ZipRecruiter, or equivalent sourcing tools. Ability to work during US business hours, either fully or partially, to maintain effective candidate contact. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to sign a standard independent contractor and confidentiality agreement before receiving job orders.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. Commission rates, structure, and payment terms are competitive and discussed in detail during the interview process with shortlisted candidates. Earnings are uncapped. High performers placing multiple candidates per month earn significantly. Compensation details are not listed here and are discussed directly on a call.

Location

Fully remote. Open to recruiters based anywhere in the world provided they have reliable tools and can work US-aligned hours.

Salary: 100000 - 200000 USD Per annum
