Freelance Recruiter/Talent Partner (100% remote) - German speaking

We work with clients across Germany and Europe, and are looking for a motivated colleague to join in placing mostly technical, and sometimes commercial, roles.

Tasks

• Identify and attract top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, AI-powered sourcing, and market research
• Understand what truly drives candidates, their ambitions, motivations, goals, and non-negotiables
• Reach out with personalized messages that earns the candidate´s attention
• Build strategic sourcing reports that give clients real market transparency and clear hiring direction

Requirements

Your A player qualities:

• You take ownership, challenging searches don't intimidate you
• 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, ideally for technical or engineering roles
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Fluent in German (C1 or above) and English, with the confidence to engage candidates from junior to C-level
• Active sourcing is your strength, you know how to identify, approach, and engage top talent others overlook
• Curious and always learning, you thrive in startup environments where your ideas and initiative shape outcomes
