Freelance Motion Graphics Designer

The Mission

Cinnamon is a leading independent Roblox studio with multiple hit games and millions of players worldwide.

We're looking for a Freelance Motion Graphics Designer to support our marketing, social media, community and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can create engaging visual content for game updates, trailers, announcements, partnerships and promotional campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Create motion graphics for social media, marketing campaigns and community content

• Produce animated promotional assets for game launches, updates and events

• Create title cards, transitions, animated logos and branded content

• Edit and enhance gameplay footage with motion graphics elements

• Work closely with the team to develop creative concepts and campaigns

• Deliver high-quality assets while meeting agreed deadlines

• Manage multiple projects and revisions in a fast-moving production environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work

• Experience with Adobe After Effects and related creative software

• Strong understanding of timing, composition, typography and visual storytelling

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Interest in games, Roblox or online communities is highly desirable

Nice to Have

• Experience working with gaming brands or game studios

• Video editing experience

• Experience creating content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms

• Familiarity with Roblox and its audience
