Translating and proofreading content primarily related to Asian market. We are currently seeking linguists in the following language combinations:
- Japanese into Korean, English (US), Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
Your profile
- Excellent skills in target language.
- Excellent skills in source language.
- Translation and Proofreading experience required.
- Experience of translation and proofreading content related to video games.
- Knowledge of CAT tools (in particular memoQ, Phrase, and Smartling).
- Knowledge of Plunet TMS.
- Available to work during Central European Time (CET).
- Available to work on Weekends and Bank holidays.
- Your native language.
- Your translation rate.
- Your proofreading rate.
- Your MTPE rate.
- Your hourly rate (for transcreation, familiarization, test reviews, CSA, and LQA).
- The games you translated (including a Moby Games profile or crediting info).
- The games in which you are an avid gamer.
- A cover letter, and a recommendation letter about your games translation experience.
