Freelance Graphic Designers

We’re building a network of dependable Freelance Graphic Designers to support a variety of as-needed print and digital projects. We’re looking for 2-3 experienced designers who can work independently, follow established brand standards, take direction and feedback, and deliver polished, production-ready work.

Services May Include:

• Design and produce print and digital materials, including brochures, publications, presentations, social media graphics, event materials, signage, and marketing communications.
• Create designs that follow established brand standards and maintain consistency across materials and platforms.
• Prepare final production-ready files for print and digital distribution, including proper sizing, resolution, bleeds, and file formats.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions and deliver final materials within agreed-upon project timelines.
• Manage assigned projects independently from initial creative direction through final delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience creating both print and digital materials, such as brochures, publications, presentations, social media graphics, event materials, signage, and other marketing or communications pieces
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and/or other professional design tools.
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, image selection and editing, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to create clean, polished designs for different formats and audiences.
• Experience preparing production-ready files for print and digital use, including appropriate file formats, sizing, resolution, bleeds, and other basic production specifications.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across different materials, while incorporating feedback and revisions.
• Ability to work independently from a project brief or creative direction, ask questions when needed, and manage assignments through final delivery.
• Strong communication and time-management skills, including responsiveness to project requests, status updates, feedback, and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or competing deadlines when needed and communicate early if timing or scope changes.
• Availability to work on an as-needed, project-by-project basis, including occasional projects with short turnaround times.

Freelance Contractor Details

This is a freelance independent contractor relationship, not a full-time position. Project volume and timing will vary, and there is no guaranteed minimum number of projects or hours. Assignments will be offered based on project needs and designer availability.

Project scope, deadlines, and expectations will be communicated before work begins. Selected designers will be required to sign an independent contractor agreement and submit invoices for completed services in accordance with agreed-upon payment terms.
