The role
As a Freelance graphic designer, you will help shape how our brand is experienced across digital and physical touchpoints. You will translate ideas, campaigns, and content into compelling visual assets that are clear, engaging, and consistent with our brand identity. Your work will include digital and print materials such as social media graphics, flyers, banners, presentations, advertisements, event materials, and branded merchandise. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, medical and product teams, turning creative briefs into high-quality designs that support our communication and business objectives.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Create engaging visual assets for digital channels such as social media, newsletters, online advertisements, and campaign landing pages
- Design print materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, banners, event signage, and promotional materials
- Develop artwork and production-ready files for branded merchandise, packaging, and giveaways including the coordination of technical specifications such as dimensions, bleed, resolution, and colour profiles
- Adapt existing designs into different formats, dimensions, languages, and communication channels
- Maintain visual consistency across all materials in accordance with our brand guidelines
- Organise and maintain editable source files, templates, and exported assets
Skills and values
- Professional experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, communication designer, or in a comparable creative role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both (!) digital and print design work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Experience creating production-ready artwork for professional printing
- Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, hierarchy, and brand consistency
- A structured, proactive, and self-driven way of working
- Ability to manage several assignments, deadlines, and feedback rounds independently
- Clear and reliable communication in a remote working environment
- Good English language skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Experience with Figma, Canva, motion design, illustration, photography, or basic video editing is a plus
