We have launched from Egypt to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and UAE, and are looking to build and expand our footprint across the MENA-P region.

About the Role:

Trella is a technology company digitizing road freight across MENA. Our brand identity, logo, and brand manual are already in

place. We need a freelance Graphic Designer to turn them into fixed, reusable templates — plus monthly social media posts.

Ideal for a freelancer or studio used to working within existing brand systems.

What You'll Do:

• Phase 1 — Template Kit (one-time project, built strictly on Trella's existing brand guidelines):

• Company profile template — fixed, presentation-ready master our team can update with content while the design stays

locked.

• Quotation template — branded quotation/proposal layout with fixed structure for pricing tables, terms, and signatures.

• Social media templates — editable system (posts, carousels, stories, covers) for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Supporting documents — letterhead, one-pager, presentation, and similar collateral as agreed. All delivered as editable

master files (Figma, Canva, InDesign, or PowerPoint/Word) with usage notes.

Phase 2 — Monthly Social Media Design (ongoing retainer): a monthly set of on-brand posts (static, carousel, simple motion)

plus adaptation of campaign, hiring, and announcement content, with per-platform resizing.

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio (Behance link required).

• Proven experience building template systems (company profiles, proposals/quotations, social kits) within existing brand

guidelines, delivering files non-designers can update without breaking the layout.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma or Canva template experience is a plus.

• Strong layout and typography skills in both Arabic and English; social media platform-format fluency.

• Self-directed and deadline-reliable; B2B, logistics, or tech-startup experience is a plus.

Engagement & How to Apply:

• Freelance — project fee for Phase 1 + monthly retainer for Phase 2.
