We are looking for a high-level Freelance Creative Asset Expert to bridge the gap between media buying and content production. In 2026, the algorithm is fueled by creative. Your job is to design, produce, and iterate on high-converting visuals that stop the scroll and drive measurable ROI.
Creative Strategy: Analyze our current performance and identify "creative gaps." Develop hooks and concepts based on consumer psychology.
Multi-Platform Production:
Meta (FB/IG): Design high-retention Reels, UGC-style edits, static "listicles," and dynamic carrousels.
Google Ads: Optimize assets for Performance Max (PMax), YouTube (Shorts & Long-form), and Demand Gen.
Performance Iteration: Take winning ads and "remix" them (new hooks, new CTAs) to extend their lifespan and fight creative fatigue.
AI-Assisted Workflow: Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, etc.) to maintain high output without sacrificing quality.
Reporting: Monthly breakdown of creative performance (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, and ROAS) with actionable next steps.
Data-Driven Designer: You don't just make "pretty" things; you build assets that sell. You understand what a 3-second hook rate represents.
Technical Stack: Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop) or advanced mobile editing (CapCut). Proficiency with AI design tools is a huge plus.
Platform Mastery: You know the exact safe zones, aspect ratios, and policy constraints for both Meta and Google.
English Fluency: Professional working proficiency is required for copy and communication.
