Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d)

• Commissioning of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and automation systems for Air Separation Units

• Execution of loop checks, instrumentation testing, and functional verification of field devices and actuators

• Performance of Cause & Effect tests and control system validation

• Support and execution of Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)

• Commissioning and tuning of process control loops

• Troubleshooting and resolution of control system and automation issues

• Support cold and hot commissioning phases through plant start-up

• Close collaboration with Process, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Project Management teams

• Documentation of commissioning activities, test reports, and punch list management

• Training of customer operations and maintenance personnel

• Support plant performance testing and final handover activities

Your profile:

• Degree or technical qualification in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline

• Several years of experience in commissioning industrial process plants

• Proven experience with Air Separation Units (ASUs), industrial gases, or cryogenic facilities is highly desirable

• Strong hands-on experience with DCS platforms such as:

1. ABB Freelance

2. Siemens PCS 7

3. (Emerson DeltaV

4. Yokogawa CENTUM VP)

• Sound knowledge of instrumentation, process control, and automation engineering

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex process systems

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Willingness to travel internationally for extended project assignment
