We’re expanding our creative network and are looking for experienced freelance Senior 3D Designers to collaborate with us on a wide range of experiential projects.
As a Senior 3D Designer, you’ll work as part of a team to bring creative visions to life - from initial scamps (hand-drawn or CGI) through to highly polished CGI visuals. You’ll take a broad creative direction from a Creative Director and translate it into inspiring, deliverable 3D design concepts.
We work primarily in Cinema 4D and Twinmotion, so strong skills in C4D are essential, and a willingness to learn Twinmotion (if you’re not already using it) is important. We also use Vectorworks for producing design intent plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Opportunities are available as either outside IR35 or longer PAYE contracts.
Day to Day, You Might Be:
- Working across a diverse range of projects including exhibition environments, product launches, business meetings, event branding, public events, and consumer marketing initiatives - both in-person and virtual.
- Collaborating as a senior member of internal teams, developing creative concepts and seeing them through to execution.
- Working independently to prepare and present ideas for review.
- Keeping up to date with new trends, tools, and techniques and sharing insights with the wider team.
- Partnering with Relationship Managers and Producers to take briefs and understand project requirements.
- Liaising with Technical Teams and contractors to ensure all designs are pragmatic, cost-effective, and deliverable.
What We’re Looking For:
- An agile, innovative creative mind with a strong grasp of design for physical spaces.
- A good understanding of the technical side of design — working within budgets and timeframes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Confidence in developing and presenting design concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Organised, proactive, and a genuine team player.
You’ll Work Closely With:
Our Creative Services Team, including Creative Strategists, Content Creatives, Creative Technologists, and other 2D and 3D Designers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Vectorworks, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Twinmotion is beneficial (or a willingness to learn).
