About the Role

Threshold Brands supports hundreds of franchise owners across multiple home service brands, and our Paid Media team helps them grow through digital marketing.

We're hiring the person in front of the franchisee: someone who runs great performance meetings, explains what the numbers mean for their business, and becomes the advisor they trust with their marketing dollars. Campaign setup, optimization, and budgets are handled by the paid media team, so your focus stays on the owners.

What You'll Do

You'll own a portfolio of franchise accounts. Most weeks, that looks like a calendar full of performance review meetings with owners: walking them through how their campaigns are doing, answering their questions, catching things early, and telling them what you'd do next if it were your money.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for your franchise owners.
  • Run recurring performance reviews and keep them useful, not just a slide walkthrough.
  • Turn data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads into plain-English recommendations, explaining KPIs like cost per lead, conversion rate, ROAS, and impression share without jargon.
  • Build charts, dashboards, and summaries that make performance obvious at a glance.
  • Handle the occasional tough conversation when results dip, staying honest and focused on the fix.
  • Set clear expectations and build franchisee confidence in the program.
  • Pass franchisee feedback to the paid media team and follow up until it's handled.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in client-facing account management or client success.
  • 2+ years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads. You won't run campaigns here, but you need to know them well enough to hold a credible strategy conversation.
  • Strong presenter, comfortable leading recurring client meetings and fielding questions on the spot.
  • Quick with Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Someone who turns to AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  • A track record of juggling multiple client relationships and keeping them all healthy through the ups and downs of performance.

Nice to have: franchise or multi-location experience, local lead generation background, familiarity with GA4, Google Business Profile, and call tracking platforms, home services industry knowledge.
