As the operational partner to a portfolio of growing firms, you'll build the systems, accountability, and leadership needed to transform vision into measurable business results.

This is a full-time, W-2 position where you'll serve as the Fractional COO for up to 30 law firms, helping owners build businesses that operate with consistency, accountability, and profitability—while HTM provides the clients, systems, and support.
