Lead a cross-functional team of 5–10 embedded software and test engineers while serving as a Scrum Master to drive sprint execution and delivery. Act as the primary interface for customers and stakeholders to manage program requirements, risks, and technical coordination.

We don’t just build technology—we engineer the future. From next-gen aerospace to cutting-edge defense systems, we tackle the toughest, mission-critical challenges that keep people safe and push the limits of innovation. This is where problem-solvers, innovators, and big thinkers thrive.

Quest Defense Systems and Solutions is growing and looking to add an Avionics Software Team Lead / Scrum Master to support development of a product. The Team Lead/ Scrum Master will support development, integration, and sustainment of product.
