Forward Deployed Engineer

Mandatory Skills: he Forward Deployed Engineer is a business-facing, hands-on product and engineering role. The FDE works directly with healthcare marketing stakeholders to understand operational needs, shape practical solutions and create working evidence quickly.

The role combines healthcare marketing knowledge, product and solution design, agentic engineering and enterprise technology leadership. The FDE partners with architecture, data, Adobe, security and delivery teams to move validated prototypes toward safe, scalable production use.

Primary Responsibilities: Healthcare Marketing Partnership Work directly with marketing and marketing-operations stakeholders to understand goals, current workflows, delays and decision points. Apply healthcare payer, member and consumer context to campaign, audience, journey, offer, content and measurement decisions. Account for privacy, consent, communication preferences, contact policies, approvals and human accountability. Product & Solution Design Convert ambiguous business needs into a clear user problem, measurable outcome, constraints and priorities. Design the customer journey, process, roles, handoffs, decisions, system touchpoints and feedback loop together. Compare native platform capability, deterministic automation, agentic components and custom services using value, risk, cost and scale. Build thin working prototypes, test with users and recommend whether to scale, change or stop. Agentic Solution Engineering Use ChatGPT or Claude effectively for discovery, analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing and correction - not only content generation. Build working agentic solutions using an API or SDK, structured outputs and at least one tool or enterprise interface.
