Job Overview
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) on Ethicrithm’s Delivery team, you will be the bridge between Palantir’s platform and the client’s mission-critical challenges. This highly technical, client-facing role involves understanding user workflows, implementing data and operational solutions, and enabling clients to leverage data for better decision-making.  This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a passion for making a real-world impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with client teams, conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and present solution recommendations.
  • Solution Implementation: Deploy, configure, and customize Palantir Foundry/AIP; build data pipelines; write Python/TypeScript code; integrate with enterprise systems.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Debug issues, analyze root causes, and develop creative technical solutions.
  • Training & Enablement: Train end users on Palantir tools and develop documentation.
  • Project Delivery & Collaboration: Support planning, timelines, deliverables, and internal collaboration.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
  • Experience with data integration, ETL, SQL/NoSQL, and large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP.


Skills and Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong client-facing abilities.
  • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with React front-end development.
  • Experience with ML/LLM-based solutions.
  • Experience with Spark/distributed computing.
