Summary:

Join OutPLEX as a Forecasting Analyst and leverage your analytical skills to enhance our decision-making processes. You will be instrumental in developing forecasting models that drive strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing statistical modeling techniques to develop accurate forecasts for sales, demand, or other relevant metrics.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and align forecasts with strategic objectives.
  • Presenting forecasting results to management and providing recommendations based on analysis.
  • Monitoring forecast accuracy and adjusting as necessary to improve performance.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to incorporate market trends and business insights into forecasting models.
  • Offer guidance to our workforce analysts team members to better schedule offline activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in workforce management within a call center environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Query and DAX for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience in AWS and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to excel in a remote work environment.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Statistics, Data Science, or related field preferred but not required.
