Who You Are:

Food Service & On Premise Manager (FSOP) is a critical commercial leader responsible for accelerating revenue, distribution, and velocity growth for Nutrabolt’s portfolio—including C4®, Bloom®, Bloom Pop®, and future innovations—across the On-Premise channel.
This role leads strategy and execution across key national and regional customers, including Compass, Sodexo, Aramark, USG, and a broad ecosystem of vending, micro-market, and independent On-Premise operators. The FSOP Manager ensures Nutrabolt brands are present, visible, and winning in high-frequency consumption moments that build daily rituals, brand loyalty, and long-term category leadership.
A core pillar of this role is deep partnership with Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and other distributor partners. The Director will be embedded with distributor leadership and field teams to design and execute scalable programming, incentives, and activation plans that translate national priorities into regional execution excellence.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of multi-route-to-market (RTM) execution, including DSD, broadline, vending, and micro-market models. The Director must effectively influence complex distributor networks, operator decision-makers, and frontline execution teams to drive consistent, repeatable growth.
This leader is both strategic and hands-on—owning customer strategy while actively partnering in the field to unlock distribution, expand SKUs, and accelerate velocity through data-driven selling, compelling programming, and flawless execution.

What You're Good At:

  • Own topline revenue, distribution expansion, and velocity growth across FSOP channels

  • Lead national and regional account strategy, planning, and execution for Compass, Sodexo, Aramark, USG, and key regional operators

  • Partner closely with KDP and distributor field teams to align priorities, incentives, and execution

  • Drive SKU expansion, cooler placement, and availability across vending and micro-market platforms

  • Develop and execute dealer loaders, pallet programs, promotions, and blitz activations

  • Translate Nutrabolt brand strategies into operator-relevant selling stories

  • Build scalable FSOP playbooks, wiring models, and best practices across regions

  • Track and report performance using distribution, velocity, and ROI metrics

What You Contribute:

  • 5+ years of experience in Beverage, CPG, or Foodservice sales, with a strong track record in On‑Premise or Foodservice channels.
  • Deep understanding of national and regional Foodservice operators (Compass, Sodexo, Aramark, USG) and/or Vending/Micromarket networks.
  • Proven ability to deliver distribution growth, negotiate customer programs, and manage complex RTM networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing, funding, and value chain management.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer meetings, field execution, and industry events.
