• Flexible Working: Monday to Friday. While travel to and from audits means it’s not strictly 9 - 5, you’ll enjoy a more predictable schedule than typical hospitality roles.
• Real Career Development: If you’ve worked in restaurants, bars, or food service, you already have exposure to food safety, we’ll help you build on that with Level 4 Food Safety and Health & Safety training, at no upfront cost. All we ask for is a 1-year commitment.

• Minimal Overnight Stays: Overnight stays are rare and only ever required if you choose to take them on.
