We are looking for a passionate Flutter Developer, fan of Dart, who engages in the creation of the product and to suggest the best technical solutions.

About Droids On Roids ⚡️

At the beginning of 2025, Droids On Roids joined forces with Apadmi, a European digital products company specialising in mobile. We create digital experiences that generate measurable value for organisations and their customers. Our group brings together Product, Design, Engineering, Data and AI, Delivery and Growth capabilities across operating companies.

As Apadmi scales, Product is becoming one coherent group capability: shared standards, careers, methods and investment, applied with meaningful authority close to clients and teams.
You might also know us as the organizers of Fluttered Meetup.

Requirements - we want you if you have:

• At least 3+ years of commercial experience in Flutter (previous experience in native development, iOS, Android or Kotlin Multiplatform, is also highly appreciated),
• Very good knowledge of Dart (in-depth understanding, so you feel fluent in this programming language),
• Experience in writing tests (you know your way around Flutter’s test libraries and can tell the difference between unit, integration and a golden test),
• Experience working in an Agile environment,
• Analytical and problem-solving approach,
• Great communication skills, also in direct communication with clients, and openness to give and receive feedback,
• Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish (at least B2/C1 level).

• Active contribution to the Flutter community.

You will be:

• Programming, being responsible for the mobile (Flutter) side of our applications,
• Cooperating closely in experienced Agile teams that include Product Owners, QAs, Web and Mobile (Flutter, iOS, Android) Developers, Designers,
•  Working with CI/CD pipelines (using Codemagic) and adjusting them to project needs,
• Communicating directly with the Clients, suggesting technical solutions that work for the business,
• Mentoring and supporting other developers by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices,
• Taking part in defining and improving development processes,
• Evaluating new technologies and keeping up with current industry best practices.
