About the Role
We're seeking a licensed clinical therapist to join our Lake Worth team, providing individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically skilled, and thrives in a culture built on autonomy, creativity, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Conduct mental health assessments and develop/implement treatment plans
Maintain a minimum caseload and complete clinical documentation per company policy
Provide clinical interventions to reduce symptoms and improve clients' daily functioning
Deliver excellent client care while collaborating with case managers, families, medical staff, and colleagues
Apply creative, evidence-based approaches to help clients meet therapeutic goals
Participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training
Communicate effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds
Uphold ethical standards and comply with Ellie policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Active FL license: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD
Current NPI number
Valid Florida driver's license and insurability under company policy
Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis-intervention skills
Excellent written documentation, communication, and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Creative, innovative approach to therapy
Familiarity with community resources and insurance billing
