General Summary:
Jesuit Volunteer Corps (JVC) is a post-graduate volunteer service program that places young adults to live and work in solidarity with marginalized populations across the United States. Entering our 70th year, the Jesuit Volunteer Corps (JVC) has been a pioneer in the national service landscape. JVC is the oldest, largest, faith-based, full-time volunteer program in the world. This year, JVC has 128 volunteers living in 23 communities across the United States. Volunteers serve at 110+ partner nonprofit social services agencies with a worldwide network of 12,500+ Former Jesuit Volunteer (FJV) alumni.

Overview: FJVEM leads our engagement with the 12,500+ alumni of the JVC program: Former Jesuit Volunteers (“FJVs”) who are, in the words of our founder Fr. Jack Morris, SJ, “ruined for life.” This role will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to build and manage programs, resources, and activities that connect us to and cultivate a life-long relationship with our FJV community.

Lead and facilitate programs and activities that benefit FJV connection, formation, and networking
Collaborate to engage FJVs across the organization

$55,000 - $60,000 annually depending on experience
