This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Fix Something With Tools, Hands in Shot". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

What you will do

Film yourself repairing or assembling something with real tools. Both hands in shot the whole time.

Steps

1. Set your phone where it can see your hands and the thing you are working on

2. Start recording before you pick up the first tool

3. Work at your normal speed, do not perform for the camera

4. Keep going until the job is done or you stop for a real reason

5. Upload

What gets rejected

• Do not film the tools laid out on a table, film them being used

• Do not speed up or edit the footage

• Do not cut when it gets fiddly, that is the part we want

• Nothing involving live electricity or anything unsafe

Accepted: One unbroken take of real tool use, both hands and the workpiece in frame throughout.

Pay

$3.70 per accepted clip. At a typical pace of about 10 minutes per clip, that is about $22 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 2 clips pays about $7.40. One clip of 4 to 8 minutes per submission. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Where and when

Open worldwide: the task runs in 100+ countries. Remote, on your own schedule. Independent contractor, piecework; this is not an employment position.

What you need

• An iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later (the Kled app is iPhone-only right now)

• 18 or older

• Somewhere to prop your phone so it sees your hands and the work

How to start

2. Create your account and open Tasks.

3. Search "Fix Something With Tools, Hands in Shot", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.

4. Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.
