Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Educate customers about our gaming offerings to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain the highest standards of service.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback for service improvement.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service delivery skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and a good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new culture.
• A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry is beneficial.
