Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Services Specialist to support our financial services operations by assisting individuals and families through a structured financial education and onboarding process. This role emphasizes professionalism, communication, and client support rather than sales.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a client-facing, remote environment. Prior financial services experience is not required. Training and licensing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients through a standardized financial education and information process
