This is a high-visibility role combining financial planning, data analytics, and systems optimization to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance financial reporting and analytics tools
- Build advanced Power BI dashboards and models
- Support forecasting, expense management, and planning processes
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, HR, and operations teams
- Optimize data workflows, automation, and reporting efficiency
- Present insights and analysis to stakeholders and leadership
- 7+ years of FP&A, finance, or analytics experience
- Strong accounting/finance foundation
- Advanced Power BI skills (required)
- Experience with Python and data analytics tools preferred
- Exposure to Oracle, Hyperion, or similar systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hybrid (3 days onsite in Hartford, CT)
