Financial Analyst

Helfy is a leading and innovative international company in the digital medical and healthcare sector, operating at scale across the European market. We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team.

Responsibilities

• Opening vendors and issuing purchase orders
• Managing ongoing relationships with customers and vendors, including responding to inquiries and issuing invoices
• Uploading and processing reports for customers and vendors
• Accounting and operational management of inventory
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly VAT reports across multiple jurisdictions
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and control purposes
• Supporting the preparation of forecasts and financial analyses

Requirements

• Degree in Economics or a related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a global company and/or supporting international operations
• High proficiency in Excel, Tableau, NetSuite and Dokka is an advantage
• Strong English skills (spoken, written, and reading)
• Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders
• High level of organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a broad business perspective
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, including remote collaboration
