About Support Tech LLC

Support Tech LLC is a rapidly growing nationwide field service company. We
provide essential technical infrastructure and support services across the
country. We are a team of high-performers who value transparency, growth, and
technical excellence. As we scale, we are looking for a Financial Administrator
who can own our internal books and act as a reporting visionary.

The Role

This isn't a "data entry" job. We need a Zoho Books Power User and a Google
Sheets Master to manage our internal finances. You will be responsible for the
integrity of our books, the automation of our workflows, and the creation of
high-level dashboards that help us navigate our nationwide growth.

What We’re Looking For

  - Zoho Books Expertise: You know how to manage the general ledger,
    reconciliations, and automated workflows within Zoho.
  - Google Sheets Mastery: You can build complex, automated financial models and
    dashboards (QUERY, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  - Bookkeeping Principles: A rock-solid understanding of GAAP, accrual
    accounting, and financial reporting.
  - Professionalism: Since this is a remote role, you must be a self-starter
    with a professional, high-functioning home office setup.


Requirements

    a Zoho workflow you are proud of.

Note on Evaluation: Because this is a remote-first company, we will be
evaluating more than just your words. We will be analyzing:

  - Your Communication Skills: Ability to present technical financial data
    clearly.
  - Your Tech Quality: We look for clear microphone audio and high-quality
    video.
  - Your Environment: We want to see that you have a professional,
    work-appropriate home office setup that is conducive to high-level financial
    work.
