Requirements
What The Work Typically Involves
• Bookkeeping in tools like QuickBooks and Xero
• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports
• Tracking expenses and supporting budgeting
• Running basic financial analysis to support business decisions
What Makes a Strong Candidate
• Based in Latin America with reliable internet
• Strong written and verbal English (B2 or higher)
• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with sensitive information
• Experience with US accounting practices or US-based clients is a plus
