Figma / Web Design

This is a remote position.

The client also expressed interest in potentially hiring a separate Web/Figma Designer.

This should ideally be treated as a separate position/resource rather than a core responsibility of the video editor.

Potential future responsibilities may include:

• Website design
  
• UI design
  
• Figma
  
• Website layouts
  
• Brand-to-website implementation
  
• Collaboration with developers
  
• Designing interfaces that integrate with AI development tools
  

Experience working with developers and Figma is highly desirable for this separate role.

The client uses Slack and is comfortable communicating through Slack.

If multiple VAs are eventually hired—for example, a video editor and a logo designer—Nalo Seed is open to creating a shared Slack channel so team members supporting the same client can coordinate.

Working Hours & Availability

Initial commitment:

10 hours per week

The client expects the workload to potentially increase as the agency acquires more clients.

The goal of hiring is not simply to delegate existing work—it is to increase the agency's capacity to accept additional clients and sell additional services.

Time Zone:

The client is based in Texas, USA.

She does not require the VA to work the entire US business day.

However, she would prefer approximately 1–2 hours of daily overlap for communication, feedback, and project coordination.

The remainder of the VA's hours can be flexible.

Portfolio/Sample works are extremely important for this role.
