About Huzzle

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.

About the company

Our client is a premier digital marketing agency specifically dedicated to the skilled trades and construction industry across North America. The team specializes in reinventing how contractors dominate their local markets by providing comprehensive services including web design, SEO, lead generation, and social media management. By bridging the gap between traditional blue-collar industries and modern digital strategy, they help businesses ranging from startups to multi-million dollar enterprises book more jobs and attract top-tier talent.

With a background rooted in the trades, this team speaks the language of their clients and delivers results through a proven three-tier growth system. As an established yet high-growth agency, they offer a collaborative environment focused on professional authority and tangible impact. They are passionate about pushing the industry forward, empowering contractors to become household names through innovative marketing tools and a stress-free, client-focused process.

Job Summary

Are you a visual storyteller who isn't afraid to get your boots dirty? This company is one of North America’s fastest-growing digital marketing agencies, specifically serving the hardworking men and women of the blue-collar trades. As the agency expands its footprint across 45 US states, we are looking for a dedicated Field Videographer & Post-Production Specialist to own the visual narrative for our American clients. You will spend your time on-site at busy job sites—capturing the grit and craftsmanship of tradespeople—and your downtime crafting high-impact social content and ad creative that drives real business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute all on-location video and photo shoots for US-based clients in the home services and trades industries.
  • Travel across the US mostly between California, Arizona, Vermont, Chicago, North Dakota and Virginia.
  • Manage "run-and-gun" production environments, including setting up lighting, capturing crisp audio, and directing subjects on-site.
  • Travel frequently to client locations across the United States to capture authentic, high-quality raw footage.
  • Own the end-to-end post-production process for your shoots, creating short-form reels, social media assets, and professional ad creative.
  • Collaborate remotely with the established Canadian media team to maintain brand consistency and production standards.
  • Maintain and organize all raw and finished assets to ensure a seamless handoff between field work and final delivery.

Requirements

  • Based in the United States with a valid right to work.
  • Proven experience in field videography, with a portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in both shooting and editing.
  • Mastery of professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve), including color grading and sound design.
  • Ability to travel frequently to various US states to meet client demand (two to three times a month)
  • A "proactive" mindset: You are comfortable working independently in the field and managing your own production schedule.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to make clients feel comfortable behind the camera.
  • Willingness to complete a paid edit test as part of the screening process.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Professional photography experience.
  • FAA Part 107 Drone License and experience with aerial cinematography.
  • Ownership of a professional-grade camera and audio kit.
  • Previous experience working with blue-collar, construction, or home services brands.
