We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to support flow cytometry and other products in the West Japan region.

General Profile
The Field Service Engineer provides on-site service, repair, and installation of our products, as well as technical support to customers regarding system operation and maintenance. This role involves customer communication and delivering technical service and problem resolution. The engineer performs diagnostics during system failures and determines the most cost-effective solutions. Complex issues are escalated to higher-level technical support or quality reporting systems as needed. Frequent travel by company vehicle is required, and compliance with the company’s vehicle safety program is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, disassemble, reassemble, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment (including flow cytometry systems) in accordance with company repair processes to ensure proper operation.
• Install and service life science instruments (including billable services), perform qualification testing, and manage customer relationships, including maintenance contract sales, to contribute to business growth.
• Report necessary information related to product quality improvements to responsible engineers or quality teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering, and approximately 2–3 years of experience in assembly, installation, maintenance, or servicing of machinery/equipment
• Graduate of a technical college, vocational school, or university
• Basic English skills (reading and writing), as manuals are in English

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Experience as a field service engineer for analytical instruments
• Customer-facing experience
• Basic knowledge of GLP and GMP

Travel & Driving Requirements

• Depending on the assigned area, business travel including overnight stays (approximately 2–3 days per week on average) may be required
• A valid driver’s license is required

現在私たちは、西日本地域で粒度分布測定装置およびセルカウンターを担当するフィールドサービスエンジニアを募集しています。このポジションのロケーションは大阪で、ワークモードは「リモート」です。

総合プロファイル

フィールドサービスエンジニアは、弊社製品のオンサイトサービス、修理、およびインストールを提供し、システム機器の運用やメンテナンス面での顧客への技術サポートを提供します。顧客に対しての連絡、技術および問題解決に向けたサービスの提供が役割となります。システム障害発生時の診断を含め、最も費用対効果の高いソリューションを判断、決定し提供します。技術サポートや品質レポートシステムのより高いレベルへ複雑な問題をエスカレーションします。社用車での移動が頻繁に必要となるため、弊社の車両安全プログラムの要求事項を遵守する必要があります。

主要な職務

• 弊社修理プロセスに従い、機器（粒度分布測定装置ほか）が正常動作するよう、診断、修理、分解、再組み立て、動作テスト、キャリブレーションおよび不具合修正等を実施します。
• ライフサイエンス機器の設置、修理（有償含む）、適格性試験、また顧客マネジメントを含み保守契約販売を行い部門の成長に貢献します。
• 製品品質改善に必要な情報を機器担当者、または品質担当者へ報告します。

必須の資格、経験

• 電気・機械の基本的な知識を持ち、機械・装置の組み立て・据え付け・保守・メンテナンスの2～3年程度の経験
• 高専、専門学校、大学卒業
• 英語スキル - 簡単なリーディング、ライティング程度 （マニュアル類が英語のため）

望ましい資格、経験

• 分析機器のフィールドサービスエンジニアの経験
• 顧客対応経験
• GLP、GMPの基礎知識

出張・自動車運転に関して

• 担当地域により、平均週2～3日程度の宿泊を伴う出張の可能性有。
• 普通車運転免許必須。
