Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Protection professional to support the delivery of Crisis24 training programs while maintaining operational capability through Ready Team deployments.

This is a dual-function role combining instructional delivery with operational tasking. The position sits within the Training Team, with responsibility for delivering high-quality training while contributing value through operational or training-related deployments.

This role is designed for individuals who can operate credibly in both environments and maintain the standards expected of a Ready Team agent.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a well-rounded Executive Protection professional with proven experience both in the field and in an instructional capacity.

You are comfortable delivering structured training in classroom and practical environments, while also maintaining the capability, professionalism, and readiness required to deploy operationally.

You are adaptable, commercially aware, and able to balance training delivery with operational commitments.

What You Will Work On

Training Delivery & Support

• Deliver internal and external training programs, including assisting in the delivery of the Crisis24 Protective Operations Course – Level 1 (POC-I)
• Maintain instructional standards aligned with Crisis24 methodologies and SOPs
• Support student assessment and evaluation processes
• Assist with scaling training delivery in line with business demand
• Where required, deliver training in support of client and internal requirements

Operational Deployment 

• Conduct advances, protective operations, and secure transportation
• Coordinate and execute security plans and respond to medical emergencies
• Provide physical protection and logistical support at clients' homes, corporate offices, and while traveling.
• Integrate into existing teams or operate independently as required
• Maintain readiness to operate in dynamic domestic and international environments
• Be able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment

Location & Travel

Remote role with significant travel required (domestic and international).

All locations considered. East Coast (DC, Chicago, Maryland, Virginia) or San Francisco Bay Area preferred

What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years Executive Protection / Close Protection experience
• Demonstratable experience in Training Instruction and delivery
• Experience conducting advances and operating in dynamic environments
• Prior instructional experience in EP, security, or related disciplines
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Ability to meet physical readiness and background screening requirements

Operational Requirements

• Ability to perform core EP functions including body coverage, advances, and secure transportation
• Deploy on operational Executive Protection taskings via the Ready Team (error in original document) 
• Maintain operational readiness and physical capability to respond to incidents
• Ability to work irregular hours, travel frequently, and operate in fast-paced environments

Preferred Backgrounds

• Military, law enforcement, or specialist government experience
• EMT / Paramedic or advanced medical training
• Instructor certifications or formal teaching background
• Experience delivering structured training programs
