Job Details:
The (REMOTE) Field IT Project Manager II is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This includes managing project plans, providing budget updates to forecast projections, and maintaining critical path milestone tracking to ensure successful and on-time project completion.
Essential Responsibilities
Build, lead and provide follow-up on project plan updates, budget updates for forecast projections, and time tracking for budget projections on projects of large scope and budget.
Maintain critical path milestone tracking to give visibility to progress on projects.
Coordinate with the project team identifying requirements, allocating resources, estimating budgets, and developing project delivery timelines. Report on impact of resource constraints.
Establish rapport and meet regularly with key leaders in the organization regarding business priorities and needs.
Lead change request and functionality release process ensuring scope controls are maintained.
Apprise Senior Management and project sponsors of concerns with project status, budget, scope, etc. and coordinates with the team to resolve issues timely.
Develop status updates and executive presentations for steering team meetings.
Analyze status and present KPIs to the Executive team to provide insight into milestone progress, budget, and issues in order to ensure a quality delivered solution.
Handle invoicing processes and oversee the ordering of hardware required for projects as needed. Ensure timely and accurate procurement.
Ensure all project lifecycle standards are adhered to by the project management team.
Basic understanding of Telecom concepts. (For IT-Focused Projects)
Familiarity with IT hardware used in retail stores. (For IT-Focused Projects)
Coordinating ongoing relationship management with external IT vendors. (For IT-Focused Projects)
Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and Company operations.
Non-Essential Responsibilities
Facilitate project coordination meetings, liaising with cross-functional teams, and providing regular project updates.
Contribute to the creation of training materials for end users.
Provide troubleshooting support and maintain issue tracking logs to ensure rapid resolution of technical challenges.
Collaborate cross functionally to clarify, address, and set solution path to resolve business problems.
Work with third-party vendors to manage and coordinate project tasks, ensuring seamless integration of vendor solutions.
Complete other projects and special assignments as requested by supervisor and/or Senior Management.
Execute Company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Business, Technical or Project Management or related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred
Professional Experience
3+ years Project Management experience required and
Retail or Technology project management experience preferred
Experience coordinating with contractors or third-party vendors preferred

Compensation:
Competitive Salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.*Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
