Boston Scientific is building a Talent Pool for the Field Clinical Representative position, targeting professionals interested in future opportunities.

This talent pool aims to identify candidates for upcoming needs, focusing on individuals who can provide technical and scientific support and contribute to the effective and safe use of advanced technologies in medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time technical and clinical support during medical procedures involving Boston Scientific devices;
  • Deliver training and educational sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals on product usage;
  • Offer technical-scientific support, ensuring the safe adoption and utilization of solutions;
  • Participate in workshops, congresses, and medical events, representing the company as needed;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and strengthen relationships;
  • Monitor product performance in the field and provide technical feedback for continuous improvement;
  • Actively contribute to commercial demands among key stakeholders;
  • Operate across different regions in Brazil, according to business needs, with availability for frequent travel.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in health or science-related fields such as Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biomedicine, Biomedical Engineering, or related areas;
  • Previous experience in clinical support or technical assistance, preferably in medical devices or related industries;
  • Commercial experience is a plus;
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical procedures;
  • Strong communication and training skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset;
  • Availability for frequent travel;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
