As a Principal Feasibility Specialist, you will oversee collaboration with internal departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality feasibility assessments. You will oversee assigned projects and deliverables, providing workload management and resource assignments to meet contractual obligations. You will independently coordinate feasibility projects and deliverables according to contractual obligations. Additionally, you will actively participate in process development and change initiatives within the group, which may include the development and delivery of training on departmental requirements and other areas that impact feasibility conduct.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversees the setup, survey programming, and conduct for allocated feasibility studies according to timeline and quality standards and client expectations. Manages project budget hours for the team.
• Leads departmental meetings and internal planning meetings and leads or contributes to client kick off meetings and interim teleconferences.
• Collaborates on the development of initial site list development (initial site prioritization).
• Ensures accuracy and quality of survey driven data, including review and QC of departmental deliverables at all stages of the feasibility conduct. Develops best practices for feasibility conduct.
• Oversees and analyzes project status to ensure successful completion of milestones, timelines and deliverables, in collaboration with the cross-departmental project team. Works with team to identify potential risks and out of scope activity and to determine contingency plans.
• Leads the implementation of new processes, represents the team within and outside of the department at meetings, and trains and mentors junior staff. Develops and delivers training of feasibility requirements/processes/systems.
• Ensures team is entering and updating internal tracking tools.
• Secures global resources for feasibility projects, allocates staff to projects and manages workload assignments and priorities.
• Contributes to the development, testing and maintenance of the feasibility system.
• Ensures compliance with departmental training plans and required SOP/WPDs.


Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years).
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills

• Strong analytical skills in reviewing data to make effective decisions
• Strong leadership and project management skills as shown through management of multiple projects simultaneously, with cross-functional and client interaction
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capable of working as a team player and independently, with strong interpersonal, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and directives
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and data privacy requirements
• Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting, and managing to contractual expectations
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.




Working Conditions and Environment:
• Work is performed in an office/ laboratory and/or a clinical environment
• Exposure to biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organisms
• Exposure to electrical office equipment
• Long, varied hours frequently required
• Travel required on rare occasions
