• Flexible work options – telehealth, onsite, part-time, or blended arrangements
• Highly competitive remuneration:  
  - $180 – $240 per hour (depending on experience) 
  - 12% superannuation 
  - Generous NFP salary packaging (up to $15,900 tax-free + $2,650 meals/entertainment) 
• Potential sign-on incentive, subject to position
• Opportunities to contribute to service design, clinical governance, and sector innovation
