Expert IT Inhouse Consultant
In Poland - Hybrid or fully remote
As an Expert IT Inhouse Consultant you will be part of the Business Integration Group, consisting of 9 people that are focusing on IT project management, IT Consulting and Business Process Modeling. This position will be allocated to the project management team where you will manage your own projects, support the Bussiness and Central Function teams as well as the managers with your expertise.

How you will create an impact:
- Project Management: Plan and control IT-related business projects, manage internal and external project resources, monitor project status, and provide regular reporting to management.
- Stakeholder Advisory & Problem Solving: Provide advisory support to stakeholders, deliver insights into project challenges and solutions, and drive pragmatic problem-solving in line with regulations and internal framework conditions.
- Technical Consulting & Solution Design: Contribute to the creation and oversight of technical concepts and solution designs, including the review of specifications, functional documentation, and adherence to quality standards.
- IT Architecture & Systems Understanding: Apply a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications, managing architectural interconnections and operational dependencies across complex environments.
- Technology & Continuous Learning: Quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies and continuously expand your technical knowledge to support evolving project and business needs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across Business and Central Functions, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and overall coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed training or a degree in Project Management or a comparable qualification and at least 5 years of professional experience.
- You have experience in planning, management, and control of classic and agile projects, including the integration and management of external service providers.
- Corporate background in a global environment, experience in comparable service industries is considered beneficial.
- You have a profound understanding of complex process flows and how to implement them effectively.
- You bring an independent and structured way of working, combined with flexibility and organizational skills.
- Your work approach is characterized by commitment and a time-conscious, conscientious, and service-oriented mindset.
- You feel comfortable in a cross-functional interface role and in managing overlapping workstream alignment and dependencies identification.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to confidently present complex issues to diverse audiences in an understandable way.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You are willing to travel occasionally.
- Basic knowledge of project management software, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
