What You'll Be Responsible For

Learn about each client's destination interests, preferred dates, vacation style, and budget

Research accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, and activities

Compare available possibilities based on individual preferences and requested features

Help clients organize selected lodging, transportation, activities, and other services

Coordinate reservation information through approved supplier resources and online platforms

Prepare confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and applicable trip documentation

Keep track of pending decisions, important dates, and outstanding planning requirements

Maintain communication with clients and provide updates as arrangements are completed
