About the Opportunity
We are expanding our virtual team and seeking organized, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and coordinating details. As an Experience Coordination Specialist, you will help clients turn vacation ideas into organized plans by researching available options, assisting with arrangements, and providing helpful communication along the way.
This is a beginner-friendly remote opportunity. Previous industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing team support are available as you learn the role and develop your skills.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Learn about each client's destination interests, preferred dates, vacation style, and budget
Research accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, and activities
Compare available possibilities based on individual preferences and requested features
Help clients organize selected lodging, transportation, activities, and other services
Coordinate reservation information through approved supplier resources and online platforms
Prepare confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and applicable trip documentation
Keep track of pending decisions, important dates, and outstanding planning requirements
Maintain communication with clients and provide updates as arrangements are completed
Support routine modifications, schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests
Review traveler information and reservation details to identify potential discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of client requests, communications, and arrangements
Continue building knowledge through supplier programs and destination education
