Position Purpose
The Executive Vice President, Strategy & Growth is responsible for leading Optic Marketing Group's growth strategy and ensuring the company has the leadership, structure, accountability, and cross-functional execution necessary to achieve its growth objectives.
This role serves as the executive owner of the company's sales organization, enterprise and strategic growth, strategic partnerships, Mass Media leadership, revenue operations, and company-wide strategic execution.
A critical purpose of this position is to transition day-to-day ownership of growth initiatives from the CEO to a dedicated executive leader. The EVP, Strategy & Growth will not simply manage the existing sales team; this position is responsible for actively identifying, developing, and executing new avenues of growth for Optic.
The role also provides executive-level PMO leadership to ensure major initiatives move from strategy to execution with clearly defined ownership, timelines, resources, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
